\(J/\psi \) and \(\psi (2S)\) Production in Small Systems with PHENIX

The suppression of the $\psi$(2S) nuclear modification factor has been seen as a trademark signature final state effects in large collision systems for decades. In small systems, deviations from unity had attributed to cold matter until observation strong differential $p/d+$A collisions, which suggests presence effects. this paper, we present results J/$\psi$ and measurements dimuon decay channel $p+p$, $p+$Al, $p+$Au at $\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}}$ = 200 GeV. Key include factors $R_{pA}$ function centrality rapidity. are compared with shadowing transport model predictions, well complementary LHC energies.
